Meet our Staff
Owner/Hearing Instrument Specialist
A native of the Green Bay area and a graduate of Pulaski High School, he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Minnesota State University-Moorhead, MN and his licensure from Minnesota State University-Mankato, MN. Mr. Sorenson brings 10 years experience working with a wide range of patients with hearing impairments. His experience brings years of advanced training both locally and nationally providing skills in the early detection and treatment of hearing loss. Mr. Sorenson's training and clinical interests range from diagnostic audiologic testing to amplification and aural rehabilitation. He enjoys creating customized treatment plans for each patient utilizing cutting edge technology and evidence based practice.
Certifications and Licenses: Professional Member of Hearing Loss Association of America, Professional Member of International Hearing Society, and Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
Patient Services Coordinator/Office Manager
Pam Nickolas was raised in Neenah and graduated from Armstrong Senior High School. Ms. Nickolas worked for Kimberly-Clark Corporation for over 25 years working in Logistics and Procurement for their domestic and global enterprises. After leaving Kimberly-Clark and helping care for her father who was in assistant living, she realized she had a desire to better his quality of life along with others by taking an active role in helping patients hear better on a daily basis with hearing loss. For the past 4 years Ms. Nickolas has provided excellent and individualized patient care and continues to do so as Patient Services Coordinator and Office Manager at Modern Hearing's Green Bay office.
Patient Services Coordinator
Angie Reed was raised in Greenville, WI and graduated from Xavier High School. Ms. Reed has worked in the health care industry for over 15 years and her passion is helping others. During that time she found out that her father has hearing loss and was fit with hearing aids. She noticed an extreme improvement in his quality of life wearing hearing aids. Angie's interest then turned to hearing health care. She is committed to raising awareness of hearing loss and the importance of how it affects daily life if left untreated. Over the past 4 years Ms. Reed has provided excellent and individualized care to our patients and continues to do so as Patient Services Coordinator at Modern Hearing's New London office.
